How does a Hybrid Meeting Work?

All the technical sessions and keynotes will be streamed live from the event in Reston, Virginia. Some presenters will be presenting remotely and others will be presenting from the meeting room. In either case, on this virtual platform, you will see all the presentations via Zoom. While watching the presentation, you can ask questions in the chat. The session moderator will receive your question and verbally ask it to the speaker so everyone can hear. The moderator will also take questions from the room. We hope you enjoy this experience as we learn together what a hybrid meeting looks like!

To display the meeting events in your current time zone, use the Preferred Time Zone converter, located directly above the agenda. Remember, all events are live and are not available on demand.

We encourage you to visit the Full Agenda/ My Itinerary page to customize your itinerary by adding sessions and events you want to attend. During the meeting, you can use your itinerary for easy access to your pre-selected sessions, with the ability to launch sessions. If you do not see the Attend Session button that means you are either not logged in or not registered for the conference. If you are not registered for the conference please click here.

Attend a Technical Session

Technical session rooms will open 15 minutes before the start time. To access a session:

• Click on Current & Upcoming Sessions
• Find a session you would like to attend
• Click Attend Session to Join
